Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to read my bio.  I have a pretty interesting life, married, 3 kids ages 8, 6 and 3.  I'm a partner and manager of a 30 unit apartment in Washington state.  During federally declared disasters I am a contracted disaster housing inspector for FEMA.  In Spring I am the head coach of a Seattle H.S. lacrosse team.

As you can see I am person with many hats and leads a pretty interesting life.  I hope that I can share some of my experiences and insights with you.  I also have a blog if you are interested.  Enjoy!
